35 hours per week (5 days a week)

We're looking for a hard working and self motivated Maintenance Caretaker to work within our student accommodation sites based in West Park, Dundee. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a caretaking role including completing maintenance and compliance tasks within an accommodation setting. Working in a small team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, clean and well maintained environment for residents.

Some lone working will be required.

• Undertake reactive basic repairs and maintenance duties in student accommodation , undertaking repairs and reporting issues which require specialist attention
