We are currently recruiting for a Data Management Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at Intact on a hybrid basis. We can consider multiple locations for this role.

As the Data Management Lead you will be responsible for establishing and managing data quality frameworks and processes to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and reliable. You will ensure all data management practices comply with regulatory and industry standards.

You will implement systems and processes to capture and maintain comprehensive metadata and data lineage for key data assets. You will oversee enterprise MDM/RDM strategy implementation, ensuring that master data across key business domains (e.g., customers, policies, claims) is consistent and accurate across all systems.

You will collaborate with enterprise data architecture, data delivery, and business teams to ensure that data management practices are embedded throughout the data lifecycle. You will work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that data is handled securely, protecting it from unauthorized access, breaches, and data loss.

• Good delivery experience to develop and execute roadmaps, and implementation plans. Experience in data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM/RDM strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and tools. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) and data governance tools.
• The ability to work with cross-functional teams to enforce and implement data management solutions.
• Insurance domain knowledge.
