As a Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of our regulated service, responding to referrals from health professionals and providing practical and emotional support to vulnerable adults.

Salary: £22,932 per annum, pro rata (£12.60 per hour)

Additional Requirement:
Successful candidates will be required to register with the Scottish Social Security Council (SSSC) within 3 months of starting.
- Visiting service users in their homes to assess needs and create tailored support plans.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Liaising with health, housing, and social care professionals to ensure consistent support.
- Carrying out welfare checks and helping individuals rebuild their independence.
- Experience supporting people with physical, sensory, or mental health needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of NHS and social care services, and how to access them.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
