Search Consultancy is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join as agency workers in Inverness.

Responsibilities may include:

Supporting individuals with learning or physical disabilities, alcohol and addictions, homelessness, or mental health issues.

Tasks will vary depending on the needs of the service users.

Requirements:

At least 6 months of paid support and care experience.
Skills in communicating with tact and sensitivity.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging behavior.
