Jobresponsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical and welfare needs
- Report on medical and welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
Starting pay is £13.61 per hour, £13.81 per hour post‑probation, and then £14.01 per hour at 18 months. We also offer:
