Join our Power Commercial team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will play a key role in delivering complex, high‑value infrastructure projects that support the UK's transition to Net Zero. This position will be based in Dundee and is part of the ASTI project.

• Manage costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities for infrastructure projects.
• Deliver varied commercial duties, including procurement and supply‑chain management.
• Optimise commercial performance through cost control and value‑for‑money opportunities, while meeting required standards.
• Create and maintain commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Administer contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Support and adhere to the Gated Business Lifecycle processes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Drive personal and professional development, including professional certification.
• Commercially manage a large infrastructure project or a portfolio of smaller projects.

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
• Membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB (or working toward one).
• Experience with NEC contracts (NEC3 & NEC4).
• Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, achievement focus, business and customer awareness.
• Ability to recognise customer needs, opportunities and threats.
