• Develop and maintain quality management systems in line with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Analyse quality data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality processes and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality systems and standards.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain.

A successful Quality Systems Engineer should have:

• A strong background in engineering or manufacturing, preferably within the industrial sector.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
• Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
