Are you an experienced EHC professional looking for a rewarding role within a Local Authority? We're partnering with a Local Authority in the Essex area to appoint a skilled EHC Plan Professional to join their established team.

Salary: £39,152 - £45,091 (dependent on experience)

Working Pattern: Essex (Hybrid)

Essential: Local Authority experience

Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2027

• Manage one of the following caseloads:
  • New assessments: 40-60 EHC assessments
  • Existing plans: #removed# current EHC plans
• Produce high-quality, legally compliant EHC plans, in line with statutory SEND legislation and internal QA processes.

• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation
• Proven experience creating EHC plans that meet statutory requirements
• Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
