Cashier – Curve Style
Location:
East Housing Office, Pitkerro Road.
Employment:
Part‑time, 22.5 hours per Immediately, Temporary for 6 months.
- Collect and process payments for Council Services.
- Handle large‑volume cash transactions (over £5,000) and balance cash accurately.
- Provide face‑to‑face service to the public with a high level of customer focus.
- Carry out all assigned work efficiently and under tight deadlines.
- 3 National 4s or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Experience with large‑volume cash collection and balancing.
- Proficient with computerised cash systems.
- Strong numerical, written and oral communication skills.
- Customer focused and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible, reliable and approachable.
- Level 1 – Basic Disclosure Scotland Check required.
