** This is a busy and varied role working with a great team. You'll cover trade counter sales duties, processing orders and arranging deliveries. You'll interact with customers and suppliers on a daily basis and ensure that the best service is always demonstrated to them.

* Working Hours:

*** 730*am–5pm Monday to Friday and every second Saturday 8am to 12noon

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Get to know our product lines so you can offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions
* Process customer orders at the trade counter and sales office, arrange deliveries and update customers on their orders
* Help to prepare customer orders in our warehouse in a timely manner
* Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products and carry out regular stock counts
* Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
* Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and your team safe at work Required Skills and Experience
* Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
* Experience in a customer facing environment
* Passion for working with people
* A positive can-do attitude
