Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dundee, OH, for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost estimations, budgeting, and financial control of projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing contracts, managing project variations, assessing costs, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with budgets and schedules. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to regulations and contract terms.

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management
• Proficiency in quantity surveying practices and understanding of construction processes
• Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and project cost monitoring
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in industry-related software tools and applications
• Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous experience in civil engineering, construction, or groundwork projects preferred
