This would be an ideal position for an experienced Quantity surveyor / Estimator looking for a new challenge, to have more autonomy with their work and to become an integral part of a strong team.

Duties Analyse documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour COST REPORTS / APPLICATIONS for projects Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to ensure accuracy of SUBMISSIONS Evaluate materials, labour, and equipment required for each project Identify and quantify cost factors such as materials, labour, and overhead Prepare and maintain a cost database for future reference Preferrable Relevant Qualifications or equivalent experience Ability to carry out Surveying duties on projects
