This would be an ideal position for an experienced Quantity surveyor / Estimator looking for a new challenge, to have more autonomy with their work and to become an integral part of a strong team.

Duties

* Analyse documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour COST REPORTS / APPLICATIONS for projects

* Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to ensure accuracy of SUBMISSIONS

* Evaluate materials, labour, and equipment required for each project

* Identify and quantify cost factors such as materials, labour, and overhead

* Prepare and maintain a cost database for future reference

Preferrable

* Relevant Qualifications or equivalent experience

* Ability to carry out Surveying duties on projects

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong analytical and mathematical skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

* Attention to detail and accuracy
