Kickstart your Building Surveying career with our comprehensive placement. Designed specifically for graduates, this Industrial Placement programme is up to 12 months long and provides you with the opportunity to work with market leaders and specialists in their field who will share invaluable knowledge and experience with you. As part of our Real Estate department, you'll spend 12 months immersed within our building surveying teams, gaining hands‑on experience in a wide range of building surveying disciplines.

This includes exposure to dilapidations, technical due diligence, development monitoring, and project management, working with a variety of property types and sectors.

During your placement year as a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting building inspections and surveys
• Preparing detailed reports on building condition and defects
• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting project teams in the delivery of building projects
