Development and Database Officer

Purpose of Post

The Database and Development Officer will play a vital role in supporting the schools fundraising and alumnae engagement by ensuring high‑quality data management, accurate gift processing and excellent administrative support.

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Raisers Edge/NXT database, recording philanthropic income, and enabling the Development team to work with insight and integrity. This is a role for someone who enjoys systems, finds satisfaction in detail, and believes in the power of data to tell stories and drive change.

This is a full‑time, one‑year fixed‑term contract. It is a Grade C role, with a starting salary of £38,080.
