New Business Development Manager

• They’re expanding into new markets and looking for a driven New Business Development Manager to take ownership of growth across key channels.
• This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role where you’ll make a visible impact and help shape the future commercial direction of the business.

• Drive new business opportunities across B2B channels: including contract caterers, café chains, coffee groups, hotel chains, and office suppliers.
• Manage the full sales process from research and outreach through to negotiation and account development.
• Work collaboratively with NPD, Operations, and Supply Chain to bring new products and formats to market.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor reviews to identify new growth opportunities.
• Focus on building long‑term partnerships and supporting the wider commercial strategy.

Note:

This role is primarily office/home‑based with limited travel - ideal for someone who enjoys the commercial and strategic side of business development.

• 3–5 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales - ideally within food, drink, or premium FMCG.
• A confident relationship‑builder with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded and proactive, with a track record of winning new accounts and delivering growth.
• Hands‑on, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
