A market leading creative and luxury packaging partner for many of the most iconic brands aims to grow into existing and new markets that align with core values, and is looking for a New Business Development Manager to support this. The primary focus of the role will be to build and own new, complimentary and sustainable business relationships with beauty and cosmetics brands.

You will be required to fully understand and work within a well-established system, to manage workflow and enable you and your colleagues to deliver outstanding solutions for your clients.

• Identifying new and profitable luxury packaging revenue streams within the beauty and cosmetics industries, successfully manage your sales pipeline, attend client meetings and manage your clients’ requirements from initial briefing, through development to end result.
• Accurately and professionally develop specifications from client through to supply base, ensuring that colleagues are able to partner with you for ultimate delivery of product.
• Managing your own diary whilst taking into consideration the wider team.
