You will be responsible for the provision of a high-quality reception service by meeting and greeting visitors to the ward.
The successful candidate will also support the general running of the ward by being involved in general organisational and administrative activities.
You will update and maintain accurate complete patient data on the computer-based system (Lorenzo/Nerve centre) and medical records database (IFIT).
The post holder will enter and retrieve data from all current Trust computer systems in place (EPR, Lorenzo/Nerve centre) to acceptable data quality standards.
