Responsibilities- Provide a Personal Assistant service to a member of the Specialist Surgery Management Team. Undertake staff supervision and workload management for a group of administrative staff.
- Manage email and diaries, act as a key point of contact, minute taking, set up and manage office procedures, undertake specific project work and data management, amongst other duties.
- The Administrative Supervisor role will include recruitment, retention and discipline of staff and management of workloads.
- Experience of NHS organisational processes and structures and the ability to cope with the pace of a demanding role.
- Excellent communication, administrative, supervisory and secretarial skills.
- Professional manner, tact and diplomacy.
- You will be required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout your employment.
