Overview
As from 01/04/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.

: 1 x full time permanent post based Dundee; 1 x full time fixed term (Maternity cover) post based Dundee (until Jan 2027); 1 x full time permanent post based Edinburgh City.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to work within the East Region Resource Planning Team as detailed above.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the effective planning and maintenance of staff rosters.
- Provide a high level of administrative support to ensure the most effective utilisation of resources.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A logical and methodical approach to problem solving and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Computer literacy with familiarity in Microsoft applications, including Excel, to operate department systems.
- Previous experience in a Resource Planning or Scheduling department is advantageous.
- A flexible approach to work; post holders will provide a resource planning function across a wide and varied geographical area and undertake unsocial hours, including weekends.
- Aware of Data Protection Act requirements and maintain a high degree of professional integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
