Legal Secretary - Private Client

This role would be based in our Dundee office.

As a Legal Administrator/Secretary at Gilson Gray you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face.
• Opening and closing client files.
• Carrying out client identity checks.
• Preparing and amending documents.
• Dictation and audio typing.
• Assisting with general administrative duties.
