Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical, Admin Assistant
We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join our growing team in Dundee.
RoleThe role will primarily involve audio typing, raising fees, inputting instruction data onto our internal system, co‑ordinating staff member diaries, managing the property key log book for viewings, answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring a smooth running of the office and the provision of wider admin support. The role will assist our commercial team.
Role RequirementsKnowledge and experience of working within a similar role or property surveying office is desirable but not essential. Ability to work under pressure and use initiative to think through problems and find solutions. Excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly and understand the importance of meeting deadlines in order to deliver excellent client care.
Skills + ExperienceIdeal candidates will have experience of working within an office environment, full understanding of Microsoft Suite and the proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team. They will have the ability to prioritise and co‑ordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.
