• Diagnose and Collaborate
  • Inspect malfunctioning equipment and accurately diagnose mechanical issues; devise a repair plan, secure necessary components with the Parts Department, and work with management and other technicians to ensure efficient service.
• Install, Repair, and Maintenance
  • Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles.
• Customer Interaction and Problem Solving
  • Assist customers in understanding their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction; troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Document and Report
  • Document the repair and maintenance work performed, note concerns encountered, and create a detailed service report.

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicle mechanics, equipment and systems, and technology operations. Pay is based on experience.
• Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations are essential! Pay based on experience!
