CDL A Yard Switcher - Part Time - $29 Per Hour

Trans Force is seeking a CDL A yard switcher to support local operations based in Duncan, SC.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 5am start time, 10-12 hour shifts. Occasional weekday shifts.

Pay: $29 per hour.

Route type:
Local yard switching.

Handling:
No touch.

• License: CDL A
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Equipment
  
  Experience:
  
  Recent yard switching experience
• Clean motor vehicle record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks
  
  Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable
