Job Overview

Responsibilities- Assemble and disassemble assembly parts.
- Use tools and equipment required for assembly operations in an industrial setting.
- Team player; demonstrate good listening and communication skills.
- Assist in daily 5S and cleaning procedures.
- Help others find solutions to quality and production issues.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
- Assemble, test, and inspect according to engineering drawings and test codes.
- Work with electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass the test.
- Maintain assembly and test equipment as required.
- Move material to and from the workstation by hand, cart, or crane as required.
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
- Must be able to work 1st shift hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- At least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Ability to use tools and equipment needed for assembly operations.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Team player.
Hourly rate: $18.50+ per hour. The actual rate may vary based on training, transferable skills, experience, education, business needs, market demands, and location.

Frequently required to stand, walk, talk, or hear; use hands to finger, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
EnvironmentIndoor manufacturing environment with production machinery, overhead cranes, and forklift traffic. Personal protective equipment is required.
