1st Shift 7am-3pm Mon-Fri and weekends when needed

• Grinding of resins
• Inventory / control of scrap and ground materials
• Perform material changeovers of grinding equipment
• Blending of rubber resins
• Performing material changeovers of blending equipment
• Loading and recording of scrap that goes on trucks to be sold
• Fill out bill of ladings for truck drivers
• Understand materials that are recycled / sent out for processing / usable scrap materials
• Understanding 5S Process
• Understanding of blenders for recycling
• Other duties as needed

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to operate forklift
• Some computer skills required
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Perform some maintenance duties for equipment
• Knowledge of resin blender systems and troubleshooting
• Computer Skills
• Forklift experience
• Knowledge of SAP but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent
