- * Grinding of resins
* Inventory / control of scrap and ground materials
* Perform material changeovers of grinding equipment
* Blending of rubber resins
* Performing material changeovers of blending equipment
* Loading and recording of scrap that goes on trucks to be sold
* Fill out bill of ladings for truck drivers
* Understand materials that are recycled / sent out for processing / usable scrap materials
* Understanding 5S Process
* Understanding of blenders for recycling
* Other duties as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
* Able to operate forklift
* Some computer skills required
* Ability to work overtime when required
* Perform some maintenance duties for equipment
* Knowledge of resin blender systems and troubleshooting
* Computer Skills
* Forklift experience
* Knowledge of SAP but not required

* Education Requirements:

* * High school diploma or equivalent
