This opportunity is for a hands-on Controller who enjoys variety and wants broad ownership across the financial landscape. This role covers banking, cost accounting, AP/AR, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, compliance, and presenting financial results to leadership and the board. You’ll help strengthen financial processes, create standardization, and support a growing operation.

Because the team is lean, we’re looking for someone who is naturally proactive. Someone who spots issues early, solves problems before they escalate, and builds the structure and processes needed for long-term stability. Experience with ERP systems is important, as well as the ability to communicate clearly across the business.

This role requires someone who is comfortable guiding others, setting expectations, and helping shape the finance function’s consistency and reliability.
