- Support RFx responses with technical input, product recommendations, and application guidance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including application notes, installation instructions, and product guidelines

We're looking for an engineer who is technically capable, comfortable with customers, and able to communicate complex concepts clearly.

- Strong technical writing skills (application notes, instructions, guidelines)
- Knowledge of substation connectors and bus connectors
- Experience with wedge connections
- Ability to perform basic electrical calculations related to substation applications
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience (4+ years strongly preferred)

- Confident presentation and training delivery skills
- Strong customer communication and relationship-building ability
- Project coordination or project management experience
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing office, remote, and field-based work
