• Conduct simple and complex tests on components/conduct cause analysis in problem cases.
• Check the interaction of individual components and component groups to assure functionality.
• View test plans and drawing documentation.
• Identify and record any quality concerns.
• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to assure defect free quality. Conduct cause analysis and develop solutions in problem cases. (Root-cause analysis and problem solving methods).
• Conducts first piece approvals where appropriate.
• Sort out defective parts, taking into account DRX-specific requirements.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors any problems with safety, quality, equipment, and/or productivity.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1-2 Years Manufacturing.
• Microsoft Office.
• TS16949, VDA.
