We are seeking new team members for our steel fabrication division. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a positive work environment. Our shop operates on a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.

Compensation

• $28-$34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do:

• Lay down clean welds (primarily steel; aluminum experience is a bonus)
• Fit, cut, and assemble components from detailed fabrication drawings
• Deliver high-quality marine structures—custom, precise, and built to last
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Help keep projects on time by working closely with your crew
• Follow all safety standards—we don’t cut corners

What You Bring:

• Level C Welding Certification (CWB Cert is a major asset)
• MIG and/or FCAW experience
• Bonus points for aluminum welding
• Blueprint-reading and strong fabrication skills
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Forklift and First Aid tickets? Great—tell us!
• Sharp attention to detail and a positive, team-first attitude
