Summer Bus Drivers

Lawson Adventure Park & Resort is accepting applications for Drivers for the 2023 summer! Help us create unforgettable experiences for guests and share some of what makes Colorado great!

The summer is our busiest time of year at our adventure park mountain resort! We have back‑to‑back rafting trips, ATV tours, fishing trips, and occasionally we have hotel pickups for guests from Denver. We’re looking for reliable bus drivers to safely take our guests on several trips throughout the week to their adventure tours!

• Driving a school bus nearby to drop-offs and pickups for ATV trips, fishing trips, and rafting trips
• Driving to Kremling for Upper Colorado Rafting
• Ensuring that the bus is clean at the start of the shift and clean the shuttle at the end of the day
• Transport rafting guests to the put-in location and pick them up at the end of the trip
• Follow raft boats on designated routes to help ensure safety

• Must have a valid driver’s license, a CDL license, and a clean driving record
• Be able to sit for hours at a time while driving
• Be comfortable and competent with driving a school bus with a trailer on the back
• Must have excellent customer service

Part‑time / Full‑time

$25.00 per hour

We are a family‑friendly mountain resort in the Colorado Rocky Mountains! We are open year‑round and have fully furnished cabins and camping yurts for guests to stay in. For activities we offer whitewater rafting, ATV tours, guided fishing trips, via ferrata guided mountain climb & zipline in the summer. In the winter we have guided snowshoeing trips and ice fishing! We also have our Adventure Basecamp Bar & Grille House which has a full service bar, coffee service, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

We are a great place for groups to come and adventure together!

During summer LAP&R offers day passes to the local Recreation Center. During the winter LAP&R offers a day pass to Loveland Ski Area.

Health Insurance: LAP&R offers employee Anthem (Blue Cross, Blue Shield) after 90 days of employment.
