Inbound Operations Assistant

Join Our Inbound Ecommerce Team in Dumfries

We're expanding our Ecommerce operations and looking for hands-on, detail-driven Operations Assistants to join our warehouse team based on Edinburgh Road, Dumfries.

10:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: £12.82

You'll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly—from picking and packing orders to managing inventory and returns.

• Rotate across warehouse teams to support daily operations
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with care
• Assist with stock counts, product setups, and discrepancy investigations
• Operate equipment like forklifts and order pickers
• Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and cleanliness

• A team-first attitude and flexibility to adapt
• Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and basic IT skills (Excel & email)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work across sites
