We're looking for Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in getting parcels to our customers, providing a reliable and committed service Monday to Friday and some Sundays during peak. As one of our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers you'll enjoy freedom, flexibility and better financial rewards including Peak enhanced parcel rates, improved payment terms, plus all the support and benefits of being part of our wider Yodel by InPost team. You don't need any experience, and the more you deliver, the more you earn.

Competitive rates for each parcel you deliver or collect

Typically, our Delivery Drivers can earn up to £18 p/h (paid per parcel). We're in the business of delivering promises as well as parcels; therefore we're raising our game and giving you more reasons to come and join us. All our rates are competitively enhanced, taking business mileage and operational costs into consideration. It's a total gamechanger.

Daily & Weekly Payment Options

Yodel by InPost offers flexible payment options to all Self-Employed delivery drivers, giving you the option to access earnings from the very next day via an app provided by our early access partner, Onsi, or alternatively, you can join the weekly payment cycle scheme, which starts after 2 weeks of completed delivery services.

Both payment options allow you to receive more regular payments for the delivery services you have provided.

We have plenty of parcels that need delivering and collecting from stores. The majority of our parcels are small, weighing up to a maximum of 15kg. You can realistically deliver and collect between 16-25 parcels an hour depending on the area and your experience, for 6 days a week. The more you deliver, the more you earn, with the opportunity to take more parcels and boost your revenue.

Freedom & flexibility

You can plan your own route or use our award-winning app with simple instructions and built-in optimisation to help you plan routes, liaise directly with customers, and manage deliveries.

Regular work in the same area

We deliver parcels for some of the biggest retailers, so there's no shortage of parcels to deliver. You'll stay local and get to know the roads and customers.

Support & development

You'll have the independence of being self-employed, plus the backing of our expert team and access to a Yodel by InPost representative to answer your questions.

Each day is what you make it. Plan your own route, and at each delivery or doorstep, use your mobile to scan parcels and confirm safe receipt by the customer. We will arrange a suitable time for daily parcel collection, or, for rural areas, can drop parcels to you. Simple!

All you need to show us is:

• Access to an insured car or van (up to 3.5 tonne)
• A full UK or EC/EEA Driving Licence
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• iOS or Android smartphone
• Proof of own bank account
• A great attitude
