Shift: Mixture of 3 days on, 2 nights then off

• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow detailed production plans and quality control processes
• Assemble and inspect parts/products to meet high standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Log production data and report any faults or downtime
• Work towards daily output targets without compromising on quality or safety
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies

• Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing or production role is essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
• Hands‑on experience using power tools and taking accurate measurements
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
