We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivational team players to join our bank in NHS Dumfries and Galloway.

You will work as a Healthcare Support Worker within the Nursing and multidisciplinary professional teams to ensure a high standard of care. A bank worker contract allows you to undertake shifts on an as and when required basis.

The Supplementary Staffing Team centrally co‑ordinates bank shifts for Acute and Community nursing services across NHS Dumfries and Galloway through an electronic booking system allowing bank workers to view and book their shifts through a computer or mobile device.

Bank workers must deliver a high standard of patient‑centred care; be kind, caring, professional, flexible and reliable.
