A regional health service organization in Dumfries is seeking a Procurement Officer responsible for supporting procurement activities related to goods and services within the NHS framework. This office-based role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure compliance with procurement regulations. The position may begin as a trainee at Band 3, progressing to Band 4 upon achieving a minimum SVQ Level 3 in Procurement.
