We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new build retail development in Dumfries. This is a 20-week contract, starting April 2026, offering the opportunity to manage a high-profile project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full site management of the new build retail project

* Coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards

* Monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules

* Reporting to the project management team

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a site manager in retail or commercial construction

* Strong leadership and communication skills
