Overview

We require a motivated and skilled individual to provide a quality admin support to our Catering department within the Facilities and Clinical Support Services Directorate. The post holder will undertake professional and confidential clerical duties within the service and have good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, together with general administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Duties are varied and will include filing, photocopying, entering and retrieving information via computerised systems, liaising with other departments by telephone and face-to-face.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workload, have an approachable disposition and be used to working as part of a team.

Support and Environment

Training and support will be given to the successful applicant. Working hours will be Monday to Friday and based at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary.
