Position: Practice Administrator - Family Health Clinic (Full Time)

The Practice Administrator is responsible for the operational, financial, and clinical oversight of the medical practice. This role ensures optimal resource utilization, efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance and financial sustainability. The Administrator collaborates with physicians, hospital leadership and administrative teams to enhance practice operations, patient flow, patient satisfaction and business performance while maintaining a focus on quality care, patient access and strategic growth.

This role is responsible for leading a dynamic team, supporting providers, and driving operational excellence across all facets of the practice.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:

    3–5 years of experience in medical practice management and leadership role
  • Experience with financial analysis, revenue cycle management and provider relations preferred
