Overview

Fortune Transportation is seeking a Reefer Technician to join the team in Windom, MN. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing refrigerated trucks to keep cargo at the correct temperature and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair our refrigerated fleet to keep cargo at the correct temperature.
Support a fast-paced operations environment and collaborate with team members.
Assist with preventative maintenance and basic diagnostics to keep equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

Proven track record of achieving tasks and goals.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment and adapt to different responsibilities as needed.
Effective communication skills and a willingness to support teammates.
