Rail Terminal Operator; Duluth, MN

As a Rail Terminal Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely directing railcar movements within the terminal, performing inspections, and ensuring accurate documentation. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety. You’ll work closely with train crews and terminal staff to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. • Safely connect and unload propane from railcars into terminal storage tanks
• Monitor gauges, valves, and transfer equipment during unloading operations
• Follow all company and regulatory safety protocols and procedures
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate unloading records and operational logs

• You have experience in propane, rail, or terminal operations (training available)
• You’re safety-conscious, dependable, and detail-oriented
• You’re comfortable working evenings and in outdoor conditions
• You can pass required background checks, drug screening, and safety training

• 3-5 Day Work Week – 4-Hour Shifts
