, you’ll be the face of our company, installing and maintaining high-speed internet and digital phone services for homes across our Duluth, MN and Superior, WI.

What You’ll Do- Install, connect, and configure internet and digital phone services for residential customers
- Test and adjust equipment to ensure strong, reliable signal quality
- Troubleshoot and repair service issues both indoors and outdoors
- Educate customers on how to get the most from their services and recommend upgrades when beneficial
- Operate safely and efficiently using company-provided tools and vehicles
- Collaborate with your teammates to deliver exceptional service experiences
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, professional attitude, even in challenging situations
- Technical curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladder work, crawl spaces, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with a driving record that allows employee to be insured by ImOn’s insurance carrier.
- Ability to meet company training and safety certification standards
