As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at EMR, you’ll be a hands‑on part of keeping our Becker, MN yard running smoothly. You’ll work with a team to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heavy equipment.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment such as material handlers, forklifts and loaders
• Perform inspections, diagnostics and routine maintenance
• Dismantle, reassemble and install parts or new equipment
• Keep equipment fueled, lubricated and report issues

• 3+ years of maintenance experience
• Experience repairing heavy machinery, metal processing equipment and trucks
• Background in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems
• Familiar with industrial sized equipment and operations
• Knowledge of diesel engines, welding and fabricating

• $32-45 per hour, 50+ hours per week
• Typical shift: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with some shifts extending to 6:00 pm
• No nights or weekends
