- Be “the bridge” between sales and production
- Review and approve sales prior to projects being scheduled
- Hold Sales Representatives, Service Technicians, and Production accountable for their resulted sales
- Communicate with engineering firms and local municipalities to obtain and approve required permits
- Experience reading construction documents and/or construction experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate well with team members, engineering firms, and local municipalities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to respectfully give constructive feedback
- Skilled in operating computer software
