* Position Overview:

**** Program Overview
** Our 10‐week paid Summer Internship Program runs June 1 – August 7 and is a full‐time, on‐site opportunity in Duluth, MN. Interns are immersed in real work while participating in lunch & learns, ELT discussions, and a final capstone project.
** Role Overview
** The Finance Intern will support financial analysis and reporting that helps inform business decisions. This role is designed for someone who enjoys learning how numbers connect to strategy and outcomes.
** What You’ll Do
*** Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
* Support data analysis and ad‐hoc financial projects
* Partner with cross‐functional teams to understand business drivers
* Contribute to a final project showcasing financial insights
** Qualifications
* ** Currently a junior or senior, graduating within one year, or a recent graduate
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* Interest in business strategy and financial analysis
* Able to work full‐time, on‐site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the program
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Retail experience is a plus, but not required##
