**** Program Overview
** Our 10‐week paid Summer Internship Program runs June 1 – August 7 and is a full‐time (40 hours/week) opportunity based out of our Duluth, MN office. Interns do meaningful work while building relationships through lunch & learns, exposure to senior leaders (ELT), cross‐functional meetings, and a final capstone project.
** Role Overview
** The Merchandising Intern will partner with our merchandising team to help bring product strategies to life. This role is designed for someone who is curious, collaborative, and excited to learn how product decisions impact the customer experience.
** What You’ll Do
*** Support merchandise assortments, line reviews, and product storytelling
* Assist with sales performance and trend analysis
* Collaborate with cross‐functional partners including Sourcing, Planning, Marketing, Concept & Visual
* Contribute to a final project that reflects your learning and impact
** Qualifications
* ** Currently a junior or senior, graduating within one year, or a recent graduate
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, or a related field
* Strong interest in retail and product strategy
* Able to work full‐time, on‐site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the program
* Curious, organized, and comfortable learning in a team environment
* Retail experience is a plus, but not required##
