Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

We’re seeking a Store Manager who will be at the forefront of bringing fandom to life. You’ll lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You’ll be a retail leader capable of handling diverse challenges. You’ll believe in developing talent and providing exceptional customer service in the mall. In short, you’re a superhero.

• Ensure your store meets sales plans and/or comparable sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team to run your store.
• Create buzz and engage customers through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.
• Lead a well-organized business with a balance of structure, delegation, and customer-first selling practices.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors affecting business.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales reports and data to guide strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and manage supply ownership responsibly.
• Merchandise the store effectively, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time.
• Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented, passionate team.

• 1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.
• Open-mindedness towards pop culture fandoms and trends.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $19.10 - $23.90 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and meeting role requirements.
