Position: Business Development (Service)

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and online service inquiries.
  • Provide customers with initial service information, and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Present information based on customer needs.
  • Maintain Courtesy Rental Fleet
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales/parts teams, and dealership management.
  • Utilize the CRM tracking/scheduling system daily.
  • Keep records of all outgoing and incoming rental vehicles.
  • Filing/Other office duties
  • Other duties requested bythe general or service manager.
Qualifications
