Retail Associate – Inventory role at WIS International
. The associate scans barcodes for current inventory at customer locations to provide accurate inventory information that assists customers in making better business decisions and supporting their clients.

• Competitive hourly wage of $19.00–$21.00 with a productivity‑based wage increase up to $5.00 in the first 6 months.

• Scan barcodes for inventory accuracy and provide inventory information to customers.
• Achieve established Per Hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data collected.
• Communicate information clearly and accurately verbally and in written form, fostering cooperation.
• Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence in one’s abilities.
• Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that impact quality and quantity of job performance.
• Stand for prolonged periods and walk; use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; frequently be in low level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
• Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; frequently travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No degree required; no experience or returning to the workforce welcome.
• Military experience considered.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, and/or Warehouse work preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act.

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, with occasional walking.
• Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
• Ability to frequently be in low level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
• Ability to frequently use a ladder.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
